Mom2Mom Outings

There's no doubt we don't LOVE our Mom2Mom friends. Between the meetings twice a month, the Friday night babysitting swaps, Moms Night Out gatherings, and playdates, we spend lots of great time with these ladies and their kids. Two fun outings we've had this past month with the kids were to the local police station and a nearby nursing home. 

At the police station, the kids got a tour of the building and learned all about what police officers do. They were especially excited to see the jail cell! 

When we visited the nursing home, we spent some time just visiting with the residents and then decorated sugar cookies with some of them. It was wonderful to know that their day was made a bit brighter by the smiling faces of our kids!

Florida 2015

Another great Florida trip is in the books! This might have been the best one yet! The ride there and back went really well (now that the kids are all at an easier age). The weather was PERFECT the entire time. We all had a great time relaxing and being together with family. And, best of all, we even got a date night...thanks to our wonderful babysitters (Grandpa, Grandma, and TiTi)!

The kids were quite happy watching movies throughout most of the trip.
